Also, don’t forget to apply heat protectant oil before curling or straightening. You shouldn’t hit the beach without sunscreen, so why expose your hair to that kind of direct heat?
2. Weekly Home Therapy
Say it with me. Weekly. Hair. Masks. Grab some from your favorite salon or whip one up at home. Long hair? Tie it up! Then apply the mask and let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and repeat the process weekly. You’ll be glad you did!
